"Great viewing for animals but individual rooms need updating"

"This is a true 5 star hotel . All the staff are so well trained . Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed 3 nights and did not get bored . We ate all our meals at the hotel at Stanley Terrace and enjoyed everything we had . The view from the Terrace is amazing . The pool area is beautifully designed and not too busy . We saw many animals in the grounds and beyond."

"Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms!"

"An excellent overall stay with everything delivered to a high standard. Worthy of its 4 star rating, I’d happily stay here again in future. I’d recommend it also within this price range."

"The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful."

"The staff was so kind and solved all of our problems and question very efficiently"

"Eric greeted us with a smile at the airport and we knew we were in good hands. Sandra and Tsungie as well as the rest of the staff took great care of us. Setting up tours, Eric provided our transportation. Nice breakfast great clean modern rooms. Great place to explore Victoria Falls on your own."

"Excellent stay , 100% recommended"

"Wonderful location and outdoor restaurant on the harbor. Staff was all very helpful and friendly. "

"Melissa and George were so amazing! They made our stay extra special! Thank you so much for everything! What a breath taking property with top class service!"

"Excellent location Able to walk safely down to look over the river and the bridge . At night saw an elephant while eating dinner on the terrace Staff were extremely helpful snd friendly ."

"Great staff, fantastic location, main area and pool stunning."

"Lovely hotel, calm setting on the river and convenient transfers to town and airport"

"This company should not be allowed to advertise on Expedia as they overbooked my room even though i booked 3 months prior.. Tried to put me in a budget hotel until i pointed that out. Definitely will never stay or recomend this to anyobr."

"Schone kamer, lekker ontbijt, prachtig uitzicht."
