"サービスは秀逸。日曜でホテルレストランがお休みだったためどうしようか迷っていたら日曜に開いている近くの店をいくつか調べてくれたり、ランチ営業のホテルレストランに作り置きを頼んでおいてレンチンするオプションも提案してくれました。出発のタクシーは長距離移動だったため事前に値段の交渉までして下さった。素晴らしいホスピタリティだと思いました"

"We selected reserved a room which we were not allocated but a significantly worse room, dirty and with plaster falling from the ceiling from a prior leak, poor WiFi, appalling shower room, and no amenities. ( All had to be prearranged) So no drinking water on a day when it was 34 degrees. Owner said he decided to change it. The room had a plug badly fitted to wall with extension bar for the TV and box. Health and safety issues"
