"The room was nicely laid out but stunk of cigarette smoke and whatever they tried to mask the smell with. All of my clothes stunk to high heaven when I left. The floors including the shower floor felt dirty and sticky. "

"I paid for a Juior Suite so one would think it would be a nicer room. Apon checking in the room was larger and clean the view was ridiculously awful. I opened the curtains and had a view of a wall on the roof. I cant believe they would give anyone this room especially at the price i paid. Also there was a huge flood light right outside the window that pointed directly in the room. Just awful. Room was very noise all night and bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. I reached out to the hotel to express my concerns but noone cared. I will not be staying here again "

"First time staying at Hollywood casino but been to every other casino there and all the ones that are now gone, the place is a ghost town around there . Bed was comfortable and room was clean but the noise they keep playing all night long out in the casino sounds like it was right near our room and couldn't sleep for nothing with that going on."

While the sausage was good, the biscuit was soft, fresh, and the gravy was good, the eggs were sub-par, to say the least, mushy. The staff was polite, the room was quiet, and the view was pretty. "
