"The room was fairly large, much bigger than a regular hotel room. The balcony was quite nice as well. Bed area was separated by a partial wall, with a small table and chairs plus 2 armchairs in the segregated area. The 2 Sams that looked after us at the restaurant were fantastic. Check in was a bit chaotic as there was a function that night and the reception area was used for part of their function. Hard to get through the crowd to the elevator. Overall, good experience. Would go back."

"The location was perfect for a 2-night stop on our road trip. We were within walking distance of Panama Station and able to get just about anywhere in Montréal by train/Metro in under an hour, without the hassle of driving and parking in the city. There are numerous restaurants and stores within walking distance and free on-site parking. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the sheets and towels smelled like fresh laundry 😌. We had a coffee machine, microwave, and mini-fridge with a freezer compartment, so we could re-freeze our ice packs. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but worked well. The only negative we had was the smell of stale smoke (possibly from the carpeted area) in our non-smoking room. Opening the window and turning the fan on for ~1/2 hour remedied the issue for the night and we weren't in the room much more than that, anyway. I'm sure if we had mentioned it to the staff when we first arrived, they would have offered us a different room. For the price, this motel had everything we needed and expected. If you are looking for a high-end hotel, this is not it, but neither is the price. 😉 If you are looking for a safe, comfortable, and affordable stop along the way, this is a great choice."
