"Alan and Mandy were excellent hosts, even helping us to print our train tickets, and giving us some milk when I mistakenly bought fermented milk (ugh!). The house was exactly as portrayed on the listing, very spacious, quiet, but close to amenities. Loved it!!!"

"We had a brilliant week with excellent weather at Michel's lovely house. It was well furnished and well equipped, the only things that were missing in the kitchen were egg cups for our boiled eggs! Previous tenants had left lots of useful things such as filters for the coffee machine. We struggled with the washing machine so some instructions in English would be helpful and we found the pillows too soft. I think they need replacing. The house has a lot of stairs but we knew that when we booked...

"Apart from the property being some 12 miles (20km) away from the nearest town it was ideal for travelling to and from main places of interest. Everything that could be wished for in the property was available and our English speaking contact Bridget (Not the property owner) was very helpful. If you stay here, do not forget to feed the donkey. We also went away with a very good supply of sweet chestnuts, hazel nuts and walnuts."

"Very clean and very well-equipped house with a small but private garden. We spent mosty of our week in and around Etel - the town and beaches. Lots of good walks and good local restaurants. Our weather (late September) was very good - mainly dry with a fair amount of sunshine: generally better than the local forecasts! Overall, a very enjoyable holiday."

The owners go that little bit further to make your stay perfect, from the bikes, games, books, painting equipment, loungers etc it makes the whole stay that bit more perfect.
