"At first felt a little shabby but we ended up loving it. A rustic cottage cabin set between two mountain ranges. Great location near Banff. Comparatively inexpensive to all other hotels. Tried staying extra nights but they were sold out."

"The property is based in a beautiful location and thats about it. The hotel has so much promise but fell short. Rooms were dated and dirty. Bathrooms were disgusting. Multiple families in our group found stains in the toilet. Staff seemed nonchalant. Nice waterpark for kids but again felt dirty. Overall an underwhelming stay."
