"The property is in a lovely location but communication from the staff prior and during the stay was poor. Check-in was also very poorly done and communicated. We communicated that we would be arriving for late check-in a week prior to our stay multiple times via email and phone call with no clear communication back. Upon arrival they couldn’t locate our reservation and then we had to have the property security to get us the keys to our accommodation. It appears to be a systemic issue."

" The house was functional. There was no soap except for a tiny bottle to wash a dish or two and a small amount of dishwasher soap. There was about a third of a roll of toilet paper and no tissue. They didn’t provide any more toilet paper. There was only one working washing machine and two dryers for ten euros. WOW! We were told to remove the sheets and towels, take out the trash and sweep the floors before leaving. REALLY!"

"Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, perfekt eingerichtet und die Küche mit allem für den täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Haben wir in diesem Umfang noch nie erlebt!Vom Wohnzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf den kleinen, schönen Garten. Der Zug, der vorbei fährt hat uns nicht gestört, eher dass man eine Treppe vom Schlafzimmer zur Toilette gehen muss. "

"Nice hotel conveniently located next to Sloterdijk station. Rooms were clean and a good size. I appreciated the hot water kettle and tea in the room. Breakfast was good every morning with enough variety, though it didn't change, it filled you up to go explore till lunch. Only wished the room had a microwave and more places to hang or store some clothes...even some extra hooks on the walls would have been handy. Bathroom has hot water and good water pressure! "Staff were great, very helpful and accessible! The hotel was spacious, clean and had many amenities that were useful including a small kitchen in the room, a gym and rooftop terrace perfect for resting. It is also conveniently located right next to a transit station that was accessible and easy to navigate!"

"The location is excellent and the size of the apartment was fine. Very accurate at the website photos. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The mattress of the bed and the sofa bed were old or with high usage. If you want to clean towels you have to request it by the WhatsApp the day before. I didn’t find a broom or vacuum"
