"Hotel is located within the Schiphol airport. We traveled from Paris by train, which dropped us at airport, where we were able to drop luggage, check in, and meet up with other family members who were joining us later in our travels. Staff very helpful, beautiful clean rooms, and location is excellent when travel by air, train, or rental car is needed. "

"Really glad that we had the opportunity for an early check in. Staff were very great and helpful. Upon entering the room, at first glance it looked good but upon deeper inspection, the carpet had many stains. The bottom of the shower did not look clean either and ran out of hand soap by the end of our stay. Walls were scuffed and appeared dirty. Shower head would not stay in position and kept turning to the side of the shower. Really disappointing especially since this was not a cheap hotel. Lastly, having to take 2 elevators to reach our room is inconvenient."

I was also traveling with my child, which makes this situation even more concerning. I have no way of knowing what the rodent may have touched or contaminated within the room, and this created additional stress and worry about our health and safety. This situation caused considerable discomfort and distress, and it has significantly impacted my stay. Given the severity of the issue, I do not believe the room met even basic accommodation standards. Considering the circumstances and the high price paid, I am requesting a full refund for my stay. "The hotel was very clean and comfortable! The staff was amazing. I lost an earring and the cleaning staff found it and returned it to me. So nice! The hotel itself was in a very walkable area. Close to everything!"
