"The owner accommodated us in another property inside the city limits stating that their property is under repair ! The accommodation provided was having just rooms with a/c facility, no hot water, running taps with a kitchen and dining hall. No swimming pool. Had booked because this was near to the forest and not with in city area. The person accommodated in alternative property never spoke about the difference of amount refundable for all the shortfalls. "Can’t rate this hotel more highly. It’s in a great location in the centre of Thamel, so good for being able to get around the city. The room was very clean and the staff very courteous. I indie had to extend my stay by a week due to the outbreak of war in the Middle East, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting and need somewhere to stay. "
