"AMAZING hotel! This is probably the highest cave hotel in the Goreme valley so you have exceptional views. We stayed in a room with a hot tub it was incredible, very luxurious and spacious. Staff was friendly and informative we loved the girl w glasses at reception super nice. The breakfast was the best spread we had in our two weeks in Turkey- the juice! Best juice I’ve had in my life. Rooftop had a nice view we did have a lot of rain during our time but it was nice when we got to go up there, I could look at that view forever. Very nice restaurants nearby. Very hilly area I do not think this hotel is handicap accessible, and the only tip I have for staying here is the cave rooms don’t have airflow so make sure you turn on the AC before bed just for airflow during the night. The iconic hot air balloons launch from mostly the valley opposite side of town, we switched to a different hotel halfway thru our time in Goreme and even though that was slightly closer to the ballon’s I regret it! Divan Cave house was epic for all things highly recommend staying here. "

"I really enjoyed my stay in Artemis Cave Suites - the hotel is well located within walking distance of the centre of Goreme, while having spectacular views across the region from its terrace (particularly at sunset). The rooms are air conditioned and they can also provide gluten free bread for breakfast if requested in advance. The hotel was also good at helping to arrange trips and guided tours to places within Cappadocia, and they are responsive on WhatsApp if you have any issues. Overall a great experience"

"We were welcomed warmly and found our room clean and with fabulous bathrooms. Our balloon trip had been cancelled due to weather and the staff made every effort to book us on the next day. We had an amazing time and are very grateful to Royal Balloons and all the friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"This is my first time in Cappadocia, and I absolutely wanted to stay at a cave hotel. Kelebek is gorgeous. The staff is amazing. They would go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Our hot air balloon ride got canceled the day we booked it and we really wanted to go, but it was fully booked all over Cappadocia. But they went to work to find us the best deal and excellent balloon company because they have connections. Hedi, the receptionist was particularly wonderful: patient, kind, cheerful, very helpful. Lots of variations for breakfast. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center for guests to use. It would make the experience so much more complete. "

"We had an amazing stay. I would say we had more than a great stay, I would say we had a great experience. I’ll start with the basics. Check in was fast. We stayed in a quadruple room, it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel provided water and a basket full of shampoo, conditioner etc. The service provided by all the staff was great, from the front desk to house keeping. That would be enough for a good stay. But those are overshadowed by the amazing breakfast experience. The staff was exceptional. On top of the abundant selection, they offered omelettes and eggs, brought items fresh made for you to try. The gentleman (wish I remembered his name) remembered where guests were from and had little banters with them. Breakfast was a highlight, and anywhere else would have been the highlight. But the decor team is what took this stay to an experience. The attention to detail making each space beautiful was extraordinary. There are multiple terraces each lovingly decorated. The flowers, the carpets, the decor creates an ambiance that makes you feel comfortable and surrounded by beauty. I took so many photos of the hotel common spaces. This is what put it over the top and made it an experience for me."
