Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded, transforming it into a stunning and romantic space that really set the mood for our getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive whenever we encountered any issues, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, especially of the hot air balloons that add a magical touch to the landscape. We booked last minute and they still help with airport transfer. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other hotels in the area and in a great location. It was a little up the hill so more quiet but still easily existible to the downtown. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic escape or anyone visiting Goreme. We can't wait to return!"
