"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

We had a family emergency and the hotel was kind enough to extend our check out time by an extra hour so we wouldn’t have to rush and stress to check out on time. "Need updated bed linens arrived to one bed with stains. Staff quickly changed them. But their linens are rough and scratchy too. Tub rusted and not great looking. No stopper in drain. Restaraunt and staff was excellent. Front desk manager excellent. But the head manager you reach if contacting property she is not responsive nor caring of your concerns or condition of her hotel. "
