"Room and hotel met all expectations"

"Lovely property, balcony with sea view."

"Parking $20 per day using Park&Go across the road, validate ticket at Reception as many times in 1 day OR outside 2 hour parking, Safe to park car overnight on street. Used Laundry on level 8 - $2 per load. Microwave on level 8 too. Breakfast was good, but didn't accommodate much for gluten free options, I asked for gluten free toast. Only cow milk coffee machine, asked for Almond milk to be heated up to make an espresso coffee."

"Amazing clean room and great location"

"The room was dated but the location and pool were pretty good. The room was not serviced for the 3 night stay and I’m not sure how many nights you need to stay until they do service the room. They do give you pool towels and I believe we got one free replacement during our stay."

"清潔で掃除の完璧でした！ただコンセントがゆるゆるでした⤵️"

"Loved this resort - stayed in the 3 bedroom resort room. Very nice facilities and the restaurant was great!"

"Good location, cabins were nice enough and supplied with everything we needed."

"Great location! Great staff, so happy we stayed here"

"👌"

"Stay was enjoyable, pool facilities were absolutely amazing especially for younger kids. Rooms were clean upon arrival. The only thing we could fault was that we requested a new hairdryer as the one in our room was broken and the staff never replaced it after asking multiple times."

"In an excellent location, easy access to all food places and the beach across the road"

"Really enjoyed the location of the property and the general ambience of the accommodation. Loved the heated pool and spa. It was close to great restaurants and facilities like pickle ball and to hire bikes and was easy to get around. Look forward to our next stay with you."

"The apartment was nice and well equipped. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to the marina and nice restaurants. Try Maharani across the road. My only complaint was our apartment was above the heated pool and lots of screaming kids in the afternoon. (It was school holidays) I'd ask for a place away from the heated pool if I stayed again."

"Location excellent, property generally needs a lot of tlc basic maintenance appears reasonable but more needs to be done"

"The property doesn’t have staff available 24/7. I checked in around 2pm, if you check in after 5 there’s an after hours procedure but unsure what it is. I didn’t have a physical card on me during check in. The only alternative option was to give card numbers for them to type into a machine. The room was a decent size and in the main clean with the exception of a teapot that was full of dead ants. The washer dryer was brilliant. The main pool is being renovated and my room directly led...
