"The position of units in Hastings St is its strength. Close to beach restaurants and shops. But I requested a unit with sun at some stage of day. I actually went to the office and requested this a few days before and was allocated one with no sun at any time of the day! This is a place for families not single elderly women. I like to swim in pools but this pool was full of children all with their swim nappies on so most days I chose not to use the pool or the spas because of this."
