"Very nice staff, clean resort. Was able to upgrade are premium package to ocean front- well worth it. Buffet was the same everyday-you will not starve but will be limited on variety. Lots of kids at the resort therefore pool area always very loud- no problems finding a chair with umbrellas along the beach. Vendors do come by but once you say no thank you they leave. Would definitely recommend to family’s but maybe not to couples who want peace and quiet. GREAT frozen drinks at all the bars"

"The hotel has everything to have a great time. The restaurants are very good. The best is the staff; so nice, professional and helpful. We did 3 tours: Dia de los muertos, Ventanilla (crocodiles and turtles) and a boat around the coast with transportation from the hotel. We will probably go again."

"Hyatt has nice amenities for this Dreams Resort. The bell hop, waiting and housekeeping staff were great and friendly. I don't appreciate the solicitation of our time for "Membership" information session. Our Wi-Fi was not set-up properly, I had to go to the reception who was not friendly or apologetic on their oversight on this minor detail. The food at the main restaurants were only acceptable. We stayed only 1 night to check out the facility for possible future stay. I believed we were...

"Excellent stay. Great staff. It’s a beautiful property. My standard room didn’t have a window which is a little lame"

"El mejor hotel de huatulco"

"ok"

"Front door staff was not at all welcoming or helpful…almost got the feeling that you were annoying them, however , the Resturant, bar and housekeepers were very kind and helpful As people working in this industry should be,"

"The front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful"

"Nice hotel, a bit far from the beach but great service and beautiful rooms"

"Great location, extremely helpful and friendly staff , breakfast in a amazing restaurant on the beach . Very clean. Even our room was oveeviewing the street, windows were very good and it was not loud in the room. The only thing we didn't like , was A/C directly over the bed and pretty loud as well. But all in all, i can just recommend it."
