"Close to transport and shopping. Neat and clean. Owner was fine but don’t book through Hotels.com. Had an issue and they washed their hands of the problem. This would be nice to stay for 2 people, but really was unsuitable for 4 adults. "

"The location is very close to the train station so the hotel is convenient and the staff were very friendly. However, it’s in need of some renovations. The carpet and rooms were old and in poor condition - we even killed on cockroach in our room. That said, it was also very cheap. "

"Excellent location, right next to the river, not far from the castle and Okayama Korakuen. Lovely views of the castle and the river. The room (904) was spacious, but it looked twice as big as all the other rooms on the floor according to the floor guide. "

"Only stayed here one night but it was a lovely hotel by the sea. Everything you wanted was available and the staff went out of their way to help you. The rooms are very large and whilst the bathroom was a little dated it didn't mater. There is a lovely spa which I had a lovely massage there as well as a did in the pool. There is also a lovely bar and lounge are to chill in and gave a drink. Worth the drive to get there."

"立地は駅から5分少々歩いたイオンモールのすぐそば、繁華街ではないので静かです。（イオンモール営業中は駅とイオンモール地下が連絡通路でつながっているので便利） 部屋はツインを利用しましたがよくあるビジネスホテルより広く快適でした。 ホテル備品も快くお貸出いただけました。 フロントでの観光関連の質問には一旦調べてからの回答だったので、観光よりも出張客や会合などの利用が多いのかな？と思いました。 ともあれ概ね快適でした！"

"Unfortunately the property had electrical problems and we could not stay there. The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. Well done to the Komeyaclub staff for arranging all this."

"We were kicked out to poring rain when we arrived early with two small children. It's not that they didn't have a space for us to wait until the bad weather passes by. They did not have a heart to welcome their guests. The owner frowned at us when we came inside the entrance soaked, and said they had to close the office between 12 and 4. "Okayama Koraku Hotel is conveniently located, approx 10 min walk from the train station. Its about a 15 min walk to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Gardens.Theres lots of restaurants close by. The hotel is modern with art displays on every floor. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. The staff are very friendly. We appreciated the free use of their bicycles. I highly recomment this hotel."
