"My stay at the Grand Millennium Muscat was incredible! The hotel, facilities and service exceeded expectations. The location is brilliant, with direct access to the mall and everything nearby. An OTaxi to the Grand Mall of Oman costs just £2. My room was beautiful, luxurious and comfortable.
Every member of staff was fantastic, from the door and housekeeping teams to the restaurant staff.
Special thanks to Daniel and Naw from the evening dining team. Dinner was delicious every night, and I highly recommend the half-board option. The service was outstanding.
Boniey and Sufuraz (sorry if spelt wrong) also deserve special recognition for making breakfast such a lovely experience. Their positive energy, warmth and attention to detail were wonderful. They even remembered my usual drink order. Great service.
The evening dinners outside was a nice surprise.

As a Black female solo traveller from London, feeling safe was important. I felt incredibly safe throughout Oman, and everyone I met was genuinely friendly, welcoming and polite. I felt very secure at the hotel, everyone was so respectable.
The pool was 10/10 the rooftop at sunset was lovely.
