Mayfield Hotel Seoul

Mayfield Hotel Seoul

10/10 Excellent
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality! The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel itself was pristine. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and readily available to answer questions or assist with requests. Almost everyone I interacted with spoke English, which made communication easy and my stay even more comfortable. Even the staff outside were consistently warm and welcoming. Whenever I got into an Uber or my friend’s car, they would open and close the door for me and help with luggage. Their attentiveness extended to food deliveries, too. If my food arrived and I hadn’t come downstairs to collect it, they would call my room to let me know. Those thoughtful touches made the experience feel special. The hotel is spacious and beautiful, and I honestly felt that the experience was worth the money I spent on my stay. The one thing I would have loved in my room was a microwave to reheat leftover food. Other than that, everything was wonderful! One detail worth mentioning is that some rooms have see-through glass in the bathroom, particularly around the shower. Depending on whom you’re sharing a room with and your comfort level, that’s something to keep in mind. Overall, I had an amazing experience and would give this hotel a solid 5 out of 5. It truly lived up to my expectations of a five-star hotel!"
