"My family was very limited with hotel options and we were pleasantly surprised with the staff friendliness and the amenities this hotel offered. Our room was nicely setup, the pool area was very well maintained, the food options were good (and priced reasonably) and, most of all, the walk to downtown Disneyland was great. This hotel is a good option for families."

I had to get in line and they could not find my reservation, after almost an hour they said their system had a glitch when I reserved but they were able to give me the room paid for.
