"Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. "

"The rooms are extremely small and very hot in summer. The bed is very hard as well as the pillows. On the upside, the food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the reservation we did through Expedia was not honored correctly. Once they realized the mistake they tried to correct but the harm was done. They always claimed that Expedia did not send the reservation details correctly!"

"Séjour de ski à Ordino-Arcalis. 3 personnes dans chambre triple spacieuse en mi-pension. Petit-déjeuner très correcte, dîner beaucoup moins. Personnel très-très aimable. Excellent emplacement pour monter à la station et pour descendre au petit village de Llorts (très pittoresque). Installations spa pas au top, mais ça fait du bien quand même. On reviendra."

"Accueil très sympathique et familial. Contact avec le propriétaire agréable ( parle aussi français)
Gîte très propre et bien équipé.
Chambres spacieuses , literie neuve et de qualité.
Plusieurs sdb, s d’eau adaptées pour 10 personnes
Plusieurs espaces extérieurs agréables (salon de jardin, barbecue etc....)
Cuisine bien équipée : four frigidaire, MO, LV, cafetière Nespresso etc...
Nous sommes très satisfaits de ce gîte et reviendrons"
