We have stayed at least 20 times at the Parador of Vic, sometimes when passing through Catalonia on our way north, other times using it as a base for exploring the region and visiting the great Romanesque churches and monasteries. This time we stayed three nights, and every day we drove way up into the high Pyrenees to see different areas. Some of the places we visited were Ripoll, S. Joan de las Abadesas, Beget, Rocabruna, Queralbs and the Val de Nuria, Dorria, and most special of all, S.Jaume...

Do not drive up to the top for parking !!
Very tight area almost impossible to turn around with a SUV with other cars around.
They should add a coffee station in the lobby.

Absolutely incredible place. Has everything you’d expect from a hotel. Including daily room service. Only used it every couple of days but they checked daily just to make sure you have fresh towels. Pool was phenomenal and thermals right on the main floor. Will be back 100% also, ACs in every room 👏

Excellent service. Very nice receptionist. Easy to check in and out. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen and kitchen supplies (ability to make coffee!). Shower was a little small and hard to close door so the water went on the floor. Laundry machine was great to have but there was mold in the part where you put the detergent, however all in all, was perfect location and nice spacious apartment for our stay.
