We stayed for three nights on a skiing holiday as a winter break. The accommodation was very warm and spacious. The location is out of town but there is a shuttle which we appreciated.

This motel is very up to date and well maintained. Our room was spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, and there is a beautiful sitting area outside for a glass of wine after a day of hiking or sightseeing. What a fantastic find in Queenstown! The hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes from the center of town and 5 minutes from the gondola. The host, Richard, greeted us, oriented us to the town and the hotel. Super welcome, and we just wish we could stay longer! Bed was excellent, and room is elegant, quiet and comfortable. Highest recommendation!!

Staff was helpful. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Clearly organized, and meticulous attention to detail. I needed an extra pillow and management was quick to respond. A lovely motel in a lovely, quiet place. Clean, conveniently located, with a spacious room, nice clean, working kitchenette and everything else needed. Well priced.

Inexpensive and very nice. I would come back. Quiet. Out of the way. Seems remote but Not too far from town. Only caution is the dryer. Not very effective and very expensive. Washer can wash a lot more than dryer can dry.

I don't need to say much about this amazing hotel. The location is incredibly convenient to downtown Queenstown. You can walk to all of the restaurants and nightlife. All of the staff are attentive and helpful. The room we stayed in had a top-notch bed and luxurious sheets. The floors in the bathroom are heated, as is the towel rack. There was a TV in the bathroom for the tub area. It isn't the cheapest hotel in town, but for the price it is worth it and then some.

Great stay. The service is the 1st thing that jump out in this place. It is just outstanding from the moment you enter and during the stay. More about it later. The rooms are beautiful with everything a man needs. Great bed, shower, mini-kitchen, and of course the view. Parking and location is also great.
