"The hotel is great. Room clean and cozy. Beds comfortable. Reception staff cordial but cold (a certain attitude hard to descrieb). A bit of walk to center, but not too far. Breakfast excellent. "

"Reasonable (superior) room, if a little dated. Good space for clothing etc. and the bed was pretty big too. Just a shame about the staff. Particularly I felt for Ivan in the bar who was generally quite diligent but was just one person whom we felt wasn't best treated by colleagues. The staff need to get together as a proper team."

"Front desk staff were very friendly, but some of the bar/service staff not consistently so, which is a shame. Lack of radiator in the bathroom meant wet towels were hanging around in various places in the room. (Odd when there’s a pool and likely wet costumes). Room temp wasn’t great, either too warm or too cool, and no opening window meant we couldn’t get any air in the room. Overall hotel is nice and feels premium just a few basics missed"

"Lovely grand property awaits you when you drive in. We had a garden room in a newer part of the hotel. It's fair yo say it could do with a bit of facelift but nevertheless the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and extremely quiet. Buffet breakfast is very good - a huge choice for all including vegans. We tried the spa/pool which was really nice too! "
