"This is a nice resort to stay over for a couple of days. It’s rather far from the main island and there is not a lot to do beyond sunbathing and swimming. The quality of accommodation is good, although the room seemed a bit small compared to others in the Philippines. Staff is polite but appears overworked. The food at the restaurant is passable for western standards. Overall, this is a good place to relax and unwind for 2-3 days"

"Great hospitality from owners and staff. Included breakfast with options of Filipino and American options. Owners helped schedule our island hopping tours and our massages. Pitchers were provided to refill with filtered water and have in our room. Having unlimited drinking water was great. Rooms were clean and simple with a beautiful view."

"A very nice getaway with family. The spa was very clean, and service was very relaxing. The pool is very kid-friendly and the staff was very attentive. Shout out to the guitar player/singer at the pool bar...she was awesome!"

Some critques: received incorrect orders a couple of times (asked for chicken with the pasta, got a regular coke instead of coke zero), mold or gunk on the shower doors, and tried to order room service a couple of times but received no answer so ultimately had to go downstairs to place an order at the restaurant. Staff were very nice, location was close to the airport and downtown, convinient sari sari store across the hotel were we bought conditioner from since the hotel...

"Bahala Na is a Diamond in the Rough kind of place. They are able to offer you anything in the area which means less hassle and all the options available to you. The place is beautifully kept which gives you many opinions available to you. If I ever visit El Nido again I would definitely come back."

"This is a beautiful place within 10-15 mins boat ride from the lagoons. The accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated. The only complaint was a bit of rain coming through the roof at times of heavy rain. Staff cannot be more accommodating, friendly and attentive, making guests feel welcome and right at home. They offer quite a few inclusive excursions to nearby attractions, which is very nice. Food in the restaurant is a bit dear for the Philippines but the taste and quality is...

"Great stay at Mua Tala. The views are out of this world, all the staff are friendly and helpful, everything was super clean. Everything did close up early and it’s fairly out the way so great for a quiet stay but maybe not for you if you want lots of choices and bustle although a transfer was easy and cheap. Would highly recommend "
