"Hotel is close to tourist spots in the city and everything is within walking distance. Staff are very patient and accommodating to requests. One of the best hotel in Asuncion. Will definitely be booking in this hotel in the future."

"Confortable"

"Stayed here for 3 nights. I have mix feelings about this hotel. The lobby was nice, had high hopes that the room would be good from what the looby looks like. The room grew on me though. The shower heads needs replacing so badly, very old and lime scale, but it works. The bed was so so comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smell lovely. So well done to the laudry people! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was just ok. Swimming pool is good especially with the very hot weather."

"The staff & rooms were really good. The majority letdowns were the amount of mold in the showers, the indoor pool looked very dirty & outdoor pool was missing shades above the chairs"

"Unfortunately the hotel is not the liveliest I have been in. It lacks a dining room service, and hence no room service. Dining needs to be sought in nearby restaurants, which do not abound in the area. Besides, part of the facilities seems to be under renovation (or so I was told at the front desk)."

"It would have been nicer of them to keep the pools a little bit cleaner of the debris from the plants. The pools constantly had a lot of debris, which are really not a harmful thing, but just makes the pool look bad. In the spa, there should be a way to lower the air conditioning because otherwise after getting out of the warm pool or the sauna or steam room it feels very, very cold. "

"朝食には数種類のパン・フルーツ・クッキー類があり、よかった。南米なので野菜が出てくることは始めから期待していない。またスタッフはとても親切で、チェックアウト後も荷物の預かりをしてくれた。全体的に新しく、清潔感のあるホテルで過ごしやすかった。Wi-Fiもあり概ね良好だったが、たまに途切れてしまうこともあった。メール程度なら問題なく使用できるのでよかった。アメニティにシャンプーとリンスがついており、使い勝手も良い。"
