Nice enough place for the money but front desk staff was unfriendly and the room was obscenely hot when the morning sun came up. No AC

Convenient location just above the old part of Lyon. Spacious and very comfortable bedrooms. Multiple food options and amazing breakfast buffet.

The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. It is close to the metro.

Really nice modern hotel. Watch out: there is no TV in rooms... but overall a very nice place near a huge commercial center

Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

I'm very picky about hotels, and struggle to find ones in Europe that are comfortable with good food service, as well as enjoying other amenities. We were so pleased with this Novotel! The beds were super comfortable, rooms were soundproofed, the Breakfast buffet was amazing, as was the other food in the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And the hotel was so well placed in the city, we could walk or take the tram (very cheap!) to see all the best parts of the city!...

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

Best feature is proximity (within a few minutes of walking) to transportation (across the street express train to/from airport, metro station, high speed train station). There is a mall next to the hotel. We are not too crazy about the fast food restaurants there, but they are convenient for emergency situation. The hotel is very comfortable. They have free water refilling station in the lobby. Breakfast had extensive choices.

The hotel has a nice retro style and everything is clean and very well taken care of. I really liked the old-fashioned and well-working elevator. The room and bathroom are pretty small, but clean too. There was a problem with a leaking water from the shower cabin, but otherwise everything else was good. The shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel were of a very good quality, such that I decided to find it online and order it. The breakfast was excellent. So many good options. Different...

Nothing special about the breakfast

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and hotel was a very nice hotel. It was very close to the train station which was the main purpose for this hotel stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
