"Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Loud music from the hotel's reception played late at night meant that sleep was almost impossible. Also the layout of the rooms on the ground floor meant that the shower from one room was adjacent to the bedroom in the next room (with a glass screen in between), so that the noise of the shower plus any noise from the next room could be heard all too clearly. "Great way to experience the park. We had a triple room that was as comfortable as could be with smoke and temperatures over 100 and no A.C. The ceiling fan worked well. You will see and hear lots of beautiful birds and hear the howler monkeys. I am so glad we stayed here because we could go in for the sunrise tour and come back and sleep and then go out for a second visit to the park before dinner and bed. "

"Lovely stay here and would recommend. But it would help if hotel put prices up by 10% to negate the stealth tip tax at the end which was added after signing off individual meal and drink bills. Would rather sort my own tips out. Picky but irritating."
