"Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spotless. The hotel was clean, although elevators and doors could use some windex. Loved the pool and of course the beach was gorgeous and steps from the hotel. "

"Great location and beautiful hotel the only thing is that the bartenders as well as the restaurant servers are “in no hurry” it takes some time to get served. If you don’t get your chair around the pool by 9am you can’t get one, ppl put their towels on them and walk away for breakfast. Also the hotel rooms do not keep at the temperature you set them. Other than that we will definitely go back next year and highly recommend "

I understand it's not necessary to change towels every day to preserve water but not having a bed made up or trash cans emptied daily are not acceptable. "The location of the property was awesome! The rooms were ok and the balcony was less desirable. Mel the beach attendant was #1 very disappointed in the way they treat people who smoke. The hours of the restaurant and bar are very odd being people come to vacation and everything shuts down by 9 or 10. "

"We let the staff at the front desk know that the water didn’t get hot in our shower. No one attempted to check it. They asked us if we had turned it the right direction. I asked if I turned it left she said yes I told them it just keeps spinning. They had nothing else to say for me. "This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over...
