The mini bar is Melbourne elite and I do like that you can order the pub food through room service. Must try the cheeseburger toastie. "

"I could not recommend. Inconvenient check in system. You need to call a well-hidden number when you arrive to check in. I called repeatedly for about ten minutes before I received a message back. Had to fill in online form and photograph licence and credit card before they’d send someone down. Another ten minutes, a stranger comes up to me in the foyer and says to ‘follow’ him. He then gives me a key card for the room. Got upstairs to stained carpet, hair (not mine) all over the bathroom floor and a broken door to the balcony. Never again…"

"Our stay was terrific! We redeemed a free Hotels night and got upgraded from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was so spacious and great layout. Very clean, loved the Kevin Murphy products and the lounge area. Highly recommend!"
