"Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm didn’t get in until 3:40pm as the cleaners were still there. Ariel was broken no tv, sliding door in bedroom was broken, no T towels, washing powder, toilet roll or hair dryer. Towel rails broken and lamp in main bedroom faulty kept flashing so the cleaners took it away. Cleaners kept coming back to get missing pieces and came back to clean muck off walls and sinks. We left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived. So disappointing never had anything like...
