The apartment side rooms were right next to anorther apartment building (long term stays) and people would hang their clothes and bikes on their balconies and you could see folks in their apartments. "This was an excellent value property containing everything you could want. This included a fridge with freezer compartment and a cooker. There was a queen sized bed and a single pull out matress in the apartment. Good sized bathroom. Location very close to St Kilda station. Great bats nearby with long happy hours."

"Our apartment was too small for 2 Adults BUT we were extremely happy with the location as we had Medical appointments and could walk there easily. Walking to the restaurants was also a great bonus. Thankyou"

"Very comfortable, but freezing at 6pm until we put heater up to 26 degrees. Tv needed a PhD to work and given price, a few complimentary biscuits or something like that, would have not gone astray!! We stayed in Urban penthouse I thought that would have better views, wished we had chosen park side. Great neighbourhood."
