"Great location, spotless rooms and great spaces for socializing!"

"Different than your usual hotel. Best park is the location everything is about 5-15min walk."

"The hotel itself is in a wonderful location, central to everything. What sets it apart from other hotels is the wonderful staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were friends rather than guests. Everyone was courteous and happy to help with any requirements we may have had. If we’re ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here to see our old friends."

"Helpful staff and good way/location to start the Camino walk!"

"Negatives 1) Property a bit too far out from the centre. 2) Was very noisy with the rebuilding works going on next door. Hence unable to use the balcony or garden. Positives 1) Very modern 2) Well equipped 3) Spacious"

"A member. I would certainly recommend this hotel in Porto. Great location ... but the best of all we're the staff. Excellent staff throughout the hotel - from Front Desk to Restaurant Staff. They were friendly, very helpful and courteous."

"Great location and service oriented staff. Restaurant services were excellent and the food was wonderful. One of the best hotels that we've ever stayed in! Highly recommended."

"Best location! Staff was super kind and helpful. Modern and clean!"

"By far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at - staff is terrible, stains on towels and bedding, Restaurant brings you food that has been sitting so long it is cold and disgusting. Although hotel is on the Duoro River - it is so inconvenient to get a taxi or Uber because you have to meet them up a very steep hill from the hotel. There are much nicer places to stay in Porto - don’t waste your money here!"

"Nice hotel walkable from city centre. Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast was OK but there are much better places within 25 mins walk. Very little space for clothes in room"

"Phenomenal breakfast !"

"An excellent hotel with a fantastic view & great staff, always welcoming you & catering to your needs. The room was fantastic, very comfortable for our family of 3 adults. Each had their own space when needed & congregate together in the common area. Would definitely recommend it, making it a perfect place for its comfort & the proximity to different places!!"

"This hotel, and my stay in it, felt like a dream the whole time. The location is phenomenal - incredibly central to everywhere a tourist would like to visit. The hotel is exquisite - the decor and ambiance was so beautiful, including the lovely scent infused throughout the building. My room was so charming, quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable and we were provided one memory foam style pillow and one soft one per guest (4 total for a Queen bed). Breakfast...
