"Loved it! Secluded quite and slightly difficult to find but hey, that’s what we want! I got so much studying done checking out was easy. It’s the perfect location to finally unplug. I was sad to leave! Slade was great! If you’re looking for a nice very interesting from an architectural standpoint cabin. Then this is it! It perfectly in the middle of. Nothing! Outstanding! There were former reviews talking about the bed, I broke my back in 2019 and slept great in it. We found a few mouse droppings, not may at all considering YOU'RE IN THE WOODS! Steps were brand new with tags still on the wood. Path could be difficult I guess if you were in a low rider? I’ll be back! "

"We were there during bipolar weather. 71 deg one day and 35 degrees the next. The hot tub was a god send for the cold weather! We enjoyed relaxing in the cottage. It was isolated as the description says but in a good way. We loved the scenery around us. Definitely would go back. "

"The cabin was as expected. The host was very responsive. I lost the email with the code to get in and Amanda was quick to respond and very helpful. The bed was comfy and the kitchen stocked with enuf for the 2 of us. Pleasant suprise we had firewood waiting for us upon arrival...love that! The place is near all kinds of trails...thats what we came to do. We ate at Toads and it was good and also at Trails End Tavern/Hemlock Lodge, Amanda (different from the owner)does good drinks!!! Great trails and Great scenery!!! We will be back!"
