He is so helpful and so personable. People writing bad reviews are clearly squares and they are looking for a boring cookie cutter hotel. "This was a very clean, quaint motel. We extended our stay by 2 days and was by fare my wives favourite place in our travels. It is close to a number of very good sea food restaurants if that is to your liking and within easy travel of tourist sites. The beds were excellent, the staff was excellent, and the price very reasonable --- not much more we can say. D & W Grant"

"The cottage is a lovely place, perfect for easy traveling in the countryside. It is in a very relaxed setting, and within walking distance of the beach and Green Gable. The room is so clean that I feel comfortable to wear no slippers in the room. I give it 10 rating in all criteria."

"Excellent place to stay around the Summerside area. The front desk staff had a lot of great suggestions for around the island and was very friendly. Driving distance to all you need and in a nice and quiet area. Would recommend. "
