"What a lovely surprise Panoramic Hotel was, from the friendly welcome, to the in room chocolates, to the flip flops for the pool. The room was lovely with a nice balcony and a spectacular view of Islabella. The breakfast was fantastic. Fluffy pancakes, fresh honeycomb, sweet pastries and so much more served in the terrace with views of the bay. "Overall we liked our stay but I would not gi back. There were some problems with our room electricity and we had to move from our room to another at 10pm. Which was not pleasant. I wish we got better apology or maybe some little refund/gift for a such a big inconvinience. There was also a lot of drama over breakfast portions which I thought was just silly!"
