Wonderful place, very quiet and beautiful scenery

Short walk to walled city, safe neighborhood but most of all fantastic staff. I have never seen a group of people that are so kind, helpful and willing to do anything for their customers. We had an incident that required an ambulance in the very early hours of the morning. The night desk shift manager took such good care of us, calling ambulance, explaining to us in English what was going to happen. The hotel even sent an English speaking employee to the hospital via bike to check on us and...

We booked this by chance on the last day of the season and it did not disappoint. The level of warmth and responsiveness made our stay very enjoyable. From recommending and booking our restaurant reservations, to a wonderful breakfast and spa experience, this turned out to be a stay we wouldn’t forget.

A beautiful, relaxing property with incredibly kind and professional staff. Villa Lena has a character of its own that feels truly personal. We loved the design of the rooms and the touches of art throughout. The food was delicious and you could tell care was taken with its making. And again all of the staff was incredibly friendly and it was easy to get help when needed. We traveled here with two children and greatly appreciated all the support from the staff. Highly recommend Villa Lena.

Definitely off the beaten path, very nice for attending the Theater of Silence

Poolis closed in Oct but was pretty. Breakfast was included and excellent. Had to carry luggage up a couple flights of stairs.

My wife and I stayed at this Agriturismo following a 10 day Meditteranean cruise. After being herded around on land tours, we were ready to relax a bit in Tuscany. When we arrived at the farm, we were greeted by the owner and his staff with an incredible spread of food and drink. We were made to feel like family. Everyone was so friendly. I cannot recommend this location enough. I would most definitely consider making another trip to Tuscany just to stay there. The facilities and the staff are wonderful!!! Well worth going to :)

The hotel is beautiful. Well apointed. Super fashionable. High end. Clean. Fantastic jacuzzi & amenities. Fun artful merchandise for sale. Bought some great gifts for the family. Our host Antonio was the perfect gentleman. Friendly & helpful. Great restaurant with view of the city or eat in the piazza. Highly recommend. We will be back next summer.

The restaurant next door was excellent, but more important, the hotel was as well. Clean, cute, beautiful view from the terrace. The most impressive was the staff, so helpfull and friendly. For me defintively a place to go back to.
