"This hotel is in an old palazzo, refitted to be small apartments. Ours had a bedroom and kitchen with a table for four. But no sitting area... there was one adjacent to our apartment but open to all guests. Also, they don't warn you that there is a 40 euro charge for using the kitchen. Breakfast was OK but nothing special compared with others we had on our trip. But the real issue is Ispica. There is nothing to recommend the town... limited sites and restaurants. "Truly lovely and interesting property. You can really see the love the owner put into the space with all the interesting art and renovation work. We loved the breakfast (one of the best we had this trip) -- everything was delicious and locally-made/procured. We esp appreciated the detailed parking info the hotel sent us prior to our stay!"

"Very nice stay in Ragusa! The location was convenient to new town sites and walk to old town. The bathroom was huge!! Not too much street noise and right across from a beautiful church. We even received turn down service. Breakfast buffet had many options and was in an elegant room. Very clean and safe property. Parking can be challenge but we did find a pay spot nearby. "
