"Great villa and property that was fantastic for our group of 12, including 6 children between ages 5 and 11. So much for them to do with the open spaces, various games, pool, etc. I’ve stayed in Italy with my family three times now and I think this was the best villa and location for driving to many of the great Tuscan cities."

The host couldn’t have been more helpful -from the wonderful meals they prepared for us to the tour and travel arrangements they were on it!! The house is very comfortable and bedrooms comfortable and clean! We had a lovely time enjoying the hot tub. The pool would have been used except for the cool temps we had. "This is a nice place away from the crowds. You are surrounded by hills which makes for beautiful scenery. Siena is about a 25 minute curvy drive if you do not choose to eat at their restaurant. Extracurricular activities are limited to the pool. The room was spacious but the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool in the 95 degree weather making it somewhat uncomfortable at night. This is a good location for relaxing and quiet. "

"This is a nice hotel but feels like it needs some TLC. Our bathroom and outdoor deck needed some new tile and other work done. We only stayed one night so it was OK but I would have been upset if it was the majority of our vacation or for a big event. Best way to describe was "tired""
