A beautiful hotel, amazing pool (the top one) for lazying about for a day. Restaurant was only ok, same for the food by the pool.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. Absolutely Stunning! The grounds and rooms are first class! The staff is friendly and helpful in all aspects during the stay. Peaceful and serene is an understatement. Food and breakfast at the resort is top notch. Other dining options near the resort are amazing. Al Baciamano and Seven Cafe are great stops. Close enough to Tuscany day trips. Will definitely stay again and share with friends looking for a relaxing first class stay and amenities.

I initially has one reservation about staying here due to my being an older woman traveling alone with a dog and arriving late in the afternoon. The palazzo has a staffed check in until noon. We couldn’t have found more of a gem. This small boutique hotel in the heart of Sarteano was refurbished and done to the highest of standards. The room was so lovely so tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast was amazing. Chiara and her brother are so welcoming. We travel to Sarteano often and I’m so glad we found this hotel because it will now be our only go to! Don’t miss your chance to stay here! Absolute gem!

This hotel was perfect and was exactly what we needed for our 7 day stay in Rome. It’s just a few steps away from the Spanish Steps and all the major name brand stores like Gucci. Incredible service. Notified the manager in advance that we would arrive late. She sent us the code numbers for the doors, and left out key for us in our room. Also held our luggage for us after checkout so we could explore the city into the evening. Continental breakfast included, and delivered to the room at a time of your choosing. We stayed here on two separate nights and we're so glad we did. The location was excellent! The decor of the hotel was very sheik...and for sale! We loved some of the peices so much, we would consider purchasing a few items. The staff is bar none! Do yourself a favor & stay here!

close to the vatican and a metro station. Also there are a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. the woman that greeted us was very nice! the only problem was that it was hard to communicate because she didnt know much English, but other than that all was great

The hotel was wonderful! It smelled so fresh and clean. The property managers were very nice and helpful. We were given coupons for each day for a coffee and pastry at one of the local shops and it was delectable. I highly recommend this property, not only for the location but for the beautiful scenery as well. Very close to shopping and attractions. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

Neat and utilitarian. Do not expect frills. My reservation was for a unit with two double beds and a sleeper couch. We arrived early and were offered early check-in rather than storing our bags. We were told that there were two double beds in this alternate room. It was technically true. However, one of the double beds was a sleeper couch. Location Location Location. Dead centre of Rome. Next to Piazza dell Popolo, Spagna, via dell Corso. Walking distance to Vatican, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori, Fontana di Trevi. Beautifull room. I almost thoght to give bad rates in order to keep you all away and keep the place my secret but Valerio, the owner, deserves all the compliments. Will come again and reccomend to others.

LOVED the property! This was the first time the room was much larger and grander than the photos online. I would estimate 1000 square feet. The ceilings were absolutely stunning and were original from 500 years ago. The bathroom was huge with a fabulous shower. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety and high-quality food with fresh eggs from their farm, including delicious baked goods. Not only do I highly recommend, we hope to be back sometime soon. Arrivederci Montepulciano! Ciao
