"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful ocean view that made the stay enjoyable. Most of the staff were friendly, accommodating, and courteous, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my biggest disappointment was the food. It was extremely distasteful and fell far below expectations. The snack bar offered a menu with several items that were unavailable, and the few items that were available were not good in quality or taste. reservations for on property restaurants were...

"Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, the building maintenance was the problem. there was a water leak in the closet, and in the bathroom. The shower needs to be either lower or raised, so that water will not coming out when you shower. The floor was wet all the time. This is my experience in building #11, leaks need to be repaired. Excellent food, in all the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the hotel."

"They have these transportation van in the facility that people felt like sardines. Too much restrictions and that we have to purchase with them in order to have more privileges. I booked a vacation not a timeshare deal. What they had me do for 4 hours I should have paid only $300 dollars for the reservation. Other timeshares do the same, I have visited several. This was over-priced considering that I was going to have a timeshare interview. If I knew this was going to happened I wouldn't book...
