"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. When we arrived, we found out we got a free room upgrade, were greeted with welcome drinks and local Cambodian scarves, and asked about our travel plans. Every day when we would come and go, the staff would greet us by name and was always very friendly. Coming back from a hot day, we were greeted with cold towels. They were great at helping us arrange our airport transportation, excursions, and tuk tuk rides. The rooms were clean and spacious. Overall, an 11/10 experience and amazing customer service. All of the employees were so kind and welcoming! Would recommend to anyone!"

"The room had enough space for everyone, and the children enjoyed looking out at the city. Around 5:00 PM, we went shopping and later had dinner at a nearby food court. Everyone slept well because the room was quiet and cool."

"This is my 3rd or 4th stay here this summer. It is my go to hotel in Siem Reap. ❤️ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful boutique hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail created an experience that felt both luxurious and personal. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning. The pool area is a peaceful oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens that are impeccably maintained. Whether enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing by the pool, or taking an evening stroll through the gardens, every corner of the property felt serene and inviting. What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Their commitment to guest satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. "We absolutely loved our stay at Viroth’s Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything was outstanding. We were also very kindly given a lovely room upgrade, which was such a wonderful surprise and made our stay even more special. The hotel is beautiful, stylish and incredibly relaxing, and the staff were warm, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The pool and surrounding areas are gorgeous and it was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after exploring Siem Reap. Breakfast was fantastic, and we really appreciated being able to enjoy the hotel facilities right up until we left. The whole stay felt peaceful, comfortable and effortless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Viroth’s Hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap. A truly wonderful stay and definitely one of the highlights of our trip! ❤️"

"Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire! Thanks so much to everyone - we hope to visit again 😊"

"Excellent stay at the Treeline Urban Resort, really lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap, located right on the river and within walking distance of all the main tourist areas. Great rooms and staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful, including sorting out tour of the temples. Really lovely experience overall, would fully recommend."
