Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Dreamsea Nica is a paradise. Located between San Juan del Sur and Maderas surf Beach. When you enter through the gates you are immediately transported into a lush tropical paradise where the only sound is nature. The staff was friendly, attentive where anything you asked for was not a problem. The rooms were incredible. Tastefully decorated with a big comfortable bed, and veranda. The pool was refreshing with a Tiki bar to make everything right Yoga and surf was offered each day....

The hotel is located on a great location, walking distance to everything places to eat , the central park, El malecon (Granada Pie) very convenient and safe clean hot water, Tania, was very helpful with transportation (request Ricardo as your diver). Everyone was excellent.. Thank you!!

Room was clean and cool

This is a large and Cabin in a natural habitat so those who want to stay here typically would have different standards than someone who wanted to stay in a tradition. I do both. For this type of experience I’m really enjoyed the atmosphere and the host and all the wildlife and hiking and peace so I highly enjoyed it and recommend it.

This hotel is great and a great bargain. The staff is super helpful, management is very flexible and accomodating (they worked with us so that we could have breakfast earlier than they open), the views are amazing and the place is very spacious, which is great for families with kids who like to explore and play freely outdoors. The one constraint worth mentioning is that depending on where your house is located on the property, it can be a 20-25 minute walk on a hill to the town, which can be...

This place is a gem, super chill, great food, amazing staff. It is a bit rustic so you have to be okay with little hot water and no A/C, neither are really needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This will be a staple for future visits…

Beautiful resort, lovely lodge, pristine bay. The only downsides were the very poor wifi signal in our two treehouse rooms, and the unpleasant - verging on surly - attitude of our receptionist, Haydee. She had a disinterested approach to our request to understand why the wifi didn't work, and then treated us like we were just a bother to her when we explained that our request had gone hours unaddressed.
