The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests.

Absolutely a slice of paradise on earth! If the Garden of Eden and Swiss Family Robinson had a baby it would be San Simian! Food was best we’ve had in all of Nicaragua. Amazing property with unbelievable terraced gardens down to the pebble beach, where you can go tubing, kayaking or swimming. Our cabana was absolutely huge with a top floor lounge and balcony with views of the lake. Don’t just want to go back, want to move there!!! Will be a regular stop any time we are in Nicaragua. The staff is highly skilled, on par with those at the finest properties worldwide. The careful attention to detail and the incredible fusion of local products into the gourmet menu give the property a distinctive and unique character.

Dreamsea Nica is a paradise. Located between San Juan del Sur and Maderas surf Beach. When you enter through the gates you are immediately transported into a lush tropical paradise where the only sound is nature.
The staff was friendly, attentive where anything you asked for was not a problem.
The rooms were incredible. Tastefully decorated with a big comfortable bed, and veranda.
The pool was refreshing with a Tiki bar to make everything right
Yoga and surf was offered each day....

This hotel is great and a great bargain. The staff is super helpful, management is very flexible and accomodating (they worked with us so that we could have breakfast earlier than they open), the views are amazing and the place is very spacious, which is great for families with kids who like to explore and play freely outdoors.
The one constraint worth mentioning is that depending on where your house is located on the property, it can be a 20-25 minute walk on a hill to the town, which can be...

This place is a gem, super chill, great food, amazing staff. It is a bit rustic so you have to be okay with little hot water and no A/C, neither are really needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This will be a staple for future visits…

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time at your property , beautiful, great place to visit, staff were vey cordial and professional. i would like to suggest to invest a bit of money in changing trash cans in bedrooms as this are vey old , dirty and corroded and cover in rust and it takes away the beauties of your property. We will definitely love to return at some point. Thank you

Beautiful resort, lovely lodge, pristine bay. The only downsides were the very poor wifi signal in our two treehouse rooms, and the unpleasant - verging on surly - attitude of our receptionist, Haydee. She had a disinterested approach to our request to understand why the wifi didn't work, and then treated us like we were just a bother to her when we explained that our request had gone hours unaddressed. Turns out the router is not located well for the upper rooms, a fact quickly communicated by...

Before booking I read several negative reviews. My experience was much different. I found the staff to be friendly and kind (it sounds like most of the staff was replaced about a week or two before we got there). Food service is slower than food service in the US, but that is typical in Nicaragua and everything was fresh. The bungalows are fantastic and the private beach was incredible. I highly recommend this place.
