"Everything was great, other then... we chose this location because it had a pool. Traveling with 3, 10 year olds, a pool was a MUST!! We were able to swim once for about 2 minutes before the smell of chlorine forced us to leave. All three of my kids almost immediately became ill, including coughing, burning eyes and skin irritation Later that evening the pool was completely closed "for maintenance". "Awesome place to stay, on off highway, staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast 2as ok, mainly the same thing everyday. No eggs, bacon. Just waffles, cereals, toasts, drinks, coffee, bakery items. But was very good. I'll definitely stay again."

"This was advertised as "rustic" but was actually beyond rough. Dirty and in disrepair. Unsafe and unsanitary. Missing smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Dust and grime built up in the vents and windowsills. Black mold on the walls and ceilings. Messaged with the host ahead of time and was mislead on the state of this accomodation. Found it was totally uninhabitable. Took photos and reported to VRBO and was fully refunded by the platform based on those pics alone. "

"Had a wonderful fall weekend here! The place was so cozy inside! We loved sitting in the hot tub with the outside temperature so cold or just around the fire talking! The host was amazing This was probably my first rental with such an array of complimentary items! The bathroom was stocked with anything you could have forgotten and more(thankfully because I did forget something!) The coffee/k-cup/tea setup was great and loved the honey sticks! "

"Entire place was clean, and the sheets/bedding didn’t smell weird as you might expect from a woodsy place. I picked this place because I’m not much of a tent or non-electric/bug-filled cabin type, and this was the perfect amount of rustic for us. The shower water pressure was good too!The owners were helpful and friendly when needed. They live next door. In the welcome book, they included directions to a secluded beach nearby that wasn’t on any GPS map I could find. It was a lovely small beach...
