Hibiscus was a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The view of the ocean is incredible. It's a 5 minute walk to the little beach though. It's on a cliff side with a beautiful garden and walkways that go down to the water. It has the feel of a Caribbean hotel, which is what I prefer over a big gated resort. Restaurants and shopping are a very short walk. Every part of the hotel is placed perfectly to view the ocean (rooms, bar, restaurants.)

Terra Nova has a charm that many other hotels in Kingston lack. The staff is warm and personable, they will help you with what ever you need.It is ultimately the quintessential go to hotel in Kingston for me. True Jamaican hospitality! If you enjoy Jamaican culinary I would highly recommend.

This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. The Blue Window restaurant menu need more selection of food especially Jamaican crusine. Checkin needs to be improve. Too demanding especially when I paid for 2 person in room. The Front Desk was insisting on other person name even when the petson eventually did not make it to the hotel. Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. What a find! One of the nicest, friendliest staff we've ever encountered. The owner Sonia, even came by and greeted everyone in the vicinity. Room was comfortable, roomy, clean. Many places to relax and enjoy the ambiance. Oh so picturesque, nestled in such lush tropical landscaping. Will definitely go there again

This place is amazing very nice and professional service. Good vibes very clear. The employees were on the top of everything. Also very delicious food. Overall great stay

I took my 22 month old daughter with me on this trip and it was excellent. The staff were great, friendly and very professional. The food was excellent! My room was the best, I had a great view of the ocean from my patio! The trees were next to the patio so that breeze felt so good. Every morning my daughter got up and head straight to the patio. The house keeper, Lisa took excellent care of us! Loved it! Definitely going back with my son. Thank You Cardiff staff for a great time!

We had a wonderful 9 days here. From the check in with Nadia to the ladies who cleaned the room, our service was excellent. Every time we asked for something the staff always accommodated us. At times the water pressure was low, but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the aging island infrastructure. The hotel was very clean, no bugs even in the heat. The only thing that was a bit deficient was the internet, so we really didn’t use it. All else was great and we will stay here again
