Without question, this was a five star stay. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional, and the property is immaculate. This is my second long stay at the property, and I will definitely be back!

Clean , good service and great location

The huge private garden (like a private park) with 3 story pagoda is incredible and the pools, onsen, sauna and hot tubs are really nice. This was once a Four Seasons Hotel and still now remains one the best classic Ritz Carlton like hotels in Tokyo.

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo

Very nice staff and accessible to quick trains and convenient stores

Definitely coming back here the next time I visit and probably staying here the entire time. Sure you’re a bit further away from other tokyo cities but this place was so roomy and the stay was so amazing. Made the trip for us!

I liked how spacious the room was, and the bathroom, it’s not a walk to the Disneyland park but a short taxi ride or the shuttle was close by. There was a park walking distance, the area felt very calm compared to Tokyo

Very helpful staff, close to Shibuya Station, wonderful room amenities. It was hard to find at first because it’s on the third floor of the Sakura Tower. The staff mentioned that they’re working on improving signage and directions.

Almost everything was excellent. Specially service managers made us so Comfortable and tender. Thank you for your service.

Excellent lication to visit DisneySea and Disneyland. 5min walk to JR Maihama station amd Ispari mall with good food iutlets and shops and cinems. Bonus eatly patk entry and free shuttle bus to and from parks. Also allows you to buy magic pass for patk hopping on all days as a disney hotel guest.

The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. I slept great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walk to Nippori station and fun shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The most amazing king size bed we’ve ever seen. 92” wide! Perfectly firm. Great views from 29 floor and up renovated rooms. Amazing shower bath and spacious. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we enjoyed the lounge.

They were very helpful and friendly. We felt spoiled with everything they provided. All the staff were very attentive. We would recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful property with lovely rooms. Location is quiet, so it is a little distance to main tourist sites. As the pool is part of the building (commercial) gym, no kids allowed, which was a shame.

Excellent location for both Disney parks, free shuttle to the Disney tram, eating options and convenient store in the same building!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel East 21. The hotel staff is very friendly, and helpful in all ways. The hotel services are excellent. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are many affordable shops and restaurants around. Disneyland can be accessed with ease from their good neighbor bus. A hotel limousine to the airport also stops at the hotel lobby. This hotel is my go-to whenever I'm in Tokyo. Will definitely go back here.
