"Travelled with a group of friends and several children. The hotel is charming, the bulk of the main building being very old with some modern additions to the rear. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We all went half board and were well fed with good food. Breakfast was a wealth of choice, both continental and some English staples. "Excellent location for walking to the old town. Every member of staff were welcoming and helpful and all seemed very happy. We had a family room which was very spacious. The hotel was extremely clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Our only dislike which of course is a personal preference was we found the beds to be very hard. But would still highly recommend this hotel. "

"Excellent and professional staff great location, free parking, and clean room However, the refrigerator wasn’t cooling but was heating! Internet wasn’t connecting in the room. The room has mosquitoes and there is no AC with hot weather opening the windows will lead to have more mosquitoes. Also there wasn’t enough electric outlets "

"After two weeks and Austria, this hotel is rooftop restaurant provide us us the only relaxing dinner in the country. The Austrians push push push you to order and eat, but not here. They offer very few incidentals in the room, I had to go ask at the front desk for body lotion. Their robes were like sandpaper and we could not wear them. A lady in the breakfast area was hollering at me because I was showing THEIR staff where to find the decaf coffee which was in a lower cabinet. Absolutely...
