"Convenient stay close to the airport for a one night stay. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. A little dated now, and a little inconvenient to have no hand soap at the sink which meant having to lean over the bath to get the fixed container liquid soap. Restaurant and staff were both good."

"Good"

"The hotel is nice and good value. The shuttle only offers drop off not pick up which is misleading. Also the staff did not mention that there were any issues with local flood waters - there were and it was quite difficult to get in."

"Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel"

"Decent 3-star hotel that serves its purpose well. Everything was perfectly average — the rooms, amenities, and service are all okay and exactly what you’d expect for this category. Staff were friendly and helpful enough. It’s clean, comfortable enough, and very convenient for the airport — you can’t really ask for more at this level. A solid, reliable choice."

"Don’t get fooled by them advertising a free shuttle to the airport. If you fly out at 7 am they will not provide you a shuttle at 4, in fact they won’t even help you get a taxi. They tell you to do it yourself. We had to clean the bathroom floor on arrival and the towel was black. And they charge for everything. - an extra pillow- 50 baht.. etc… the location is horrible and not close to anything. Do not book this hotel."
