The people were fantastic. The food was good The place was very clean the pool was beautiful and the view is amazing. I recommend the ocean views.. if you want to do anything Eric will connect you with the right people. I recommend it to anyone especially a couple it's very romantic and quaint

I thought was a great hotel and the food was fantastic especially the polpette( meatballs). The only issue I had was I thought room services and the restaurant closed too soon and maybe more things to choose for room service.

Si quieres estar en piscina, comer rico, oir buena música y disfrutar incluso conociendo personas de otros países es el hotel adecuado para ti. El personas es super amable, las camas son bastante cómodas y en general todo el hotel cuenta con unas muy buenas instalaciones. Lo mejor es que queda a 2 cuadras de la playa.

Nice comfortable location, Very close to everything and all access to many excursions.

This hotel was awesome! It was quiet and peaceful on the far side of the island. The one thing to note is that this hotel is not near the prime area of San Andreas.

It is a very small hotel 6 rooms. Very quiet and in the middle of the island. It is peaceful and very relaxing.

I really enjoyed myself at the Portobelo Hotel. The location was in the heart of downtown and a very short walk to shops and the beach. I cannot rave enough about the staff: everyone was pleased, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was perfect for me and clean. The food from the breakyto the dinner was purely delicious 😋. We had a wonderful stay at Cocoplum. This was our first trip to San Andres. I can’t say enough about Cocoplum’s amazing staff, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable stay. They were so welcoming, courteous and helpful. They coordinated our transportation, island tours and made sure we got the most of our trip. Cocoplum’s beach was only a few steps from our room it was so relaxing and clean. We’ll be returning to visit our friends at Cocoplum!!

We like almost everything from the hotel. Perhaps, they will need more amusement site for children. The WiFi service it is only in the lobby. We don't like the food, because, they did not have all the inputs and the food was not good.
