The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again !

This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

This hotel is very central to everything and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety great service. General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke. The hotel was exactly as presented in terms of quality and guest ratings as a top level 5 star hotel. Stayed 3 nights for an anniversary trip to Machu Pichu and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for this level of hotel property.

The room, bathroom and property was extremely clean and modern. The staff were very helpful. We had an early morning excursion so they had breakfast pre packed for us. Great WiFi, hot shower and there’s a restaurant on property incase you don’t feel like walking into town, which isn’t too far. Excellent property

After we checked out, they stored our bags for free for 2 days until we checked back in after our Machu Picchu trip. Excellent service overall.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

I am really not sure why this is just a three star resort. It is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, we stayed on the fourth floor and it even had a frig. The breakfast is nothing with nothing but they had great coffee and made fresh eggs. The location is also good - close to the center but not noisy. The only thing that annoyed me was the lack of elevators. Hiking up to the fourth floor in Cuzco is not pleasant!

We, a family of 4, stayed 4 nights with one day gap when we went to Machu Pichu. Hotel was clean, staff very courteous, and ready to help for anything that we need. Staff made our stay pleasant. We stayed in family suite, ideal for those traveling with kids. They had availability and were able to check us in couple of hours earlier than the actual check in time. We had a fantastic and memorable experience at the Belmond Monasterio. From the moment we arrived to beyond when we had departed, the Monasterio provided us with the best possible service and left us wishing we had spent more time there. Our trip got off to a bad start: due to misinformation from the airline, our luggage was left behind in Lima, so we only had the bags on our backs when we arrived. We stayed here for 4 nights and the service was excellent..lovely and friendly staff. There is a loud club next door that makes it a little too loud in the evening but generally a great spot to stay.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a somewhat chaotic historic center of Cusco. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms beautifully decorated, breakfast was fabulous with assorted items to choose from the buffet and then cooked to order eggs. I had to leave early in the morning on my last day and they prepared a sack breakfast for me to take with me on the road. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and I highly recommend highly recommend this hotel.

Ronaldo and Rosemary were very attentive and quite helpful for our 1 night stay. It was a perfect fit for us as we didn’t want or need a fancy hotel. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!
